If WEA visits your workplace, you must be able to document in writing that you have held the the yearly work environment evaluation.

Find out when you last held the annual evaluation and whether there are any action plans to follow up. If you haven't yet prepared the annual evaluation, check any previous annual evaluations and their results - do this with your OHS-organzation, where you will also plan when to start a new annual review
