Problem
In a problem you explain the background for a the assignment and the formulation of the problem. You explain to the reader what you want to investigate.
A problem widely describes which challenge you wish to investigate.
Why is it relevant for you to investigate?
Why is it relevant for the firm to investigate?
Here is an example:
Problem
Our organisation is expected to grow substantially the next years so I can’t be as present in day to day operation as I have previously been.
That means I have to develop my leadership in such a way that staff to a greater extent can solve their daily conflicts without my participation while at the same time there is a high level of thriving. That means I must develop their knowledge and tools to communicate with eachother, prevent the creation of cliques or conflict so that they can work together as best as possible while having high levels of thriving
Formulation of problem:
How can I as a leader develop my staff so they can become capable of identifying and de-escalate conflicts in daily operation by coaching them together and separately.

Collect data
